A DESERT PALETTE

The southwest landscape is an ever changing one, where each mile holds a variety of patterns and colors, each one unique to anything else. The iron rich red rock mesas built like geometric sand castles walling in the surrounding valleys. Open skies far from the pollution of artificial lights. Wild life evolved to adapt to live within these harsh environments and huge weather fluctuations that create them. Massive alien like plant life shielded by teethed skin , growing at an exceptionally moderate pace, only taking what it needs and nothing more. Threatening clouds rolling in, sun light piercing through their cracks, foreshadowing moisture in the form of rain and snow. Palette’s of contrasting colors; a spectrum of nature displaying its finest creations.
